    Some great ideas for breakfast, Suzy! I’m especially intrigued by the cereal and your oatmeal recipe, which I’ll have to try. I’m typically a smoothie girl, myself, with a combo of ingredients very similar to yours (love the Vega protein powder). One other thing I add to my smoothies is various seeds, usually a total of about 1-3 T of flax, chia, and/or hemp, depending on what I have on hand. Adds some calories, but also a lot of great nutrients and omegas.

    Guilty breakfast pleasure this week – peanut butter-oatmeal-chocolate chip cookies. 😇😁 They have only oats (no flour), so I tell myself that helps make up for the added sugar, haha!
